- To assist and to involve in a ports team with the day to day organization of the some construction and design contracts, include overseeing the progress of the consultants/contractors and including supervising UNDP site staff.
- To assist in the preparation of various contract documents.
- To prepare progress reports in English and Bahasa Indonesia for use by UNDP, MDF (Multi Donor Fund) and the Dinas Perhubungan.
- To keep records of costs on the project for discussion with the project engineer.
- To undertake any other works in commensuration with experience as directed by the project engineer.
- To check and to redesign the design for Meulaboh Port, made the BOQ for Breakwater and Building Facilities.

- The improvement project sea wall collapse
- To supervise all the improvement activities that were carried out by in house

- To search for quality material from the local inhabitants in and around the project and negotiated the price, arranged the material requirement payment that was needed for the improvement sea wall

- Gathered the data and information for the interests economical assessment, like the commodity from each area and potential fields other for the interests of economics assessment in development planning of port facilities, the data was gathered and received from the local government, the communications service, other related services, the local inhabitants, the local businessman and the local company.

- To visit and to inspect the location of development planning of the port in Sinabang, Gunung Sitoli, Calang and Meulaboh, by studying the design feasibility study from respectively the port was adapted to the requirement respectively the port in respectively the area, with considered unsure the commodity, the location of the port plan, the land status and condition, port activities, local government readiness, and the existence of the cooperation from BRR as the coordinator for all development project in NAD and Nias.

- Carried out the supervision of the survey was done by surveyor who was recruited by UNDP in the area of development planning in the port of Sinabang, for the interests of the process of land acquisition by the local government of the regency Simeulue
- To coordinate with the government of the regency Simeulue, the communications service, the village head and the sub-head of the village and representative of the local community
